Boot Camps are 45 minute circuit training sessions that work the whole body and are run by Rob Dale BSc (Hons) who is a fully qualified and insured personal fitness trainer.
The great thing about boot camp is that everyone works to their own fitness levels. They cover all ages and abilities and the group environment makes it more fun and enjoyable than exercising on your own.

They take place outdoors at Sutherland Memorial Park, Guildford:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30am
Saturdays at 8.40am
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.15pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9.30am
Tuesdays at 7.30m
There's no joining fee and your first session is FREE.
Also a once a month half day fitness boot camp (4 hours) for all ages and abilities.
