We are very fortunate in the UK to have a great abundance of talented cartoonists.

Where do I find cartoonists?

Cartoonists’ forums are a great way to source cartoonists with particular skill or flair. The cartoonist’s forums accommodate cartoonists who are very experienced professional cartoonists and those who are beginners or drawing cartoons just for fun (hobby cartoonists).

Quite often the cartoonists on those forums will have cartoon drawing competitions where you can see cartoonist versus cartoonist go into battle armed only with humour and artistic ability. The competition is fierce and the results are fantastic. If you enjoy reading cartoon gags you should enjoy viewing those cartoonist forums.

How do I recruit a cartoonist?

Most cartoonists’ forums have a 'cartoonists work/job offers' section for anyone who wishes to post offers of work. Here you can stipulate the type of cartoonist skills you are seeking and of course the type of cartooning work required.

All interested cartoonists can then make contact with you and you can take it from there.

Commercial cartoonists

There is an increasing need for cartoonists in industry to provide commercial and business style cartoons to use in:
