Who Am I?
I am a Law and Business graduate who is based in the South East of England specialising in uncontested divorces. I am not solicitor, but I do have several years experience of working as a paralegal/legal secretary in family law and various other areas, and have successfully completed uncontested divorces previously (references can be provided upon request).
Why me?
Why not? With the recent opening of the legal market under the new "Tesco Law", non lawyers can now offer legal services. There are already a large number of these divorce services being offered online, so this way is no different.
Also, as long as your divorce is uncontested (this means straight forward with no financial issues), you don't have to be a divorce lawyer to fill out the paperwork for a divorce. Most of the time, it is legal secretaries who type out the Divorce Petitions anyway, and it is through having done many of these through the years that I have acquired my skills and knowledge, and have recently put this to good use by completing uncontested divorces for friends and acquaintances.

Divorce can be a very stressful time, and I aim to take that stress away for you by managing your divorce for you with our "managed divorce" service. You will find that I am one of the cheapest managed divorce services on the internet, yet I do not compromise on quality.
If you purchase a managed service, I promise to provide you with;
FULLY MANAGED DIVORCE - After a few short questions, I will complete your forms and handle your divorce to take the stress away
COMPLETED DIVORCE FORMS - All your forms completed and submitted to Court by me.
EXPERT TELEPHONE SUPPORT - Open 5 days a week Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm, and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday
REGULAR UPDATES – I will regularly update you as to the progress of your divorce, and chase the Court on your behalf
ALL DIVORCE GROUNDS COVERED - I will prepare the documents for all types of divorce.

PLEASE NOTE THAT the money that you pay me is for our services and does not include any court fees that you may be required to pay to the Court when submitting your divorce petition to them. There are mandatory court fees of £340 to file your divorce and £45 for your final decree are payable to the Court unless you are on certain state benefits or have a low income (you will need to contact your nearest county court for details on how to apply for a fee remission). These fees are not mentioned on other websites which leads people to believe that they can get a cheap divorce, but I make sure that you know exactly what to pay. Neither you nor I (where you have purchased a "managed divorce") can submit any documents to the Court without this fee as they will not process it.
The Actual Cost
The cost of the service I provide whether it be £14.99 for a DIY divorce with support or £99.99 for a divorce managed by me.
£340 payable to HMCTS (Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service) to issue the Divorce Petition
£45 payable to HMCTS (Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service) to apply for Decree Absolute near the end of the process.

Do I need to see you?
No, I can post your documents to you for signature or even email, but I am also happy to meet you if you live in the South East region.
