Victoria Dom Care it is founded by Basie Van Rensburg who has worked previously in a variety of different industries. It is his belief that modern management practices and their overriding belief in the quality of the service provided can be brought to the community care area.
He has chosen to establish the business in Warwickshire as this is an area he has worked in, know well and where he believes there is unfulfilled demand. The head office in Bidford on Avon is also ideal from a logistics perspective as both the village and the major urban areas within Warwickshire can be easily serviced from the one location.
The Service
VictoriaDomCare aims & objectives are to provide the highest quality of care services in line with recognized Best Practice principles, the Health & Social Care Act (2008) and related regulations and standards.
The service is designed to provide a comprehensive and flexible range of professional care services through a team of Care Assistants. VictoriaDomCare services are designed around the client and client care requirements, giving the client freedom to carry on client's life as independent as possible in the comfort of client in his own home.
Our Home Care Services
Whether client’s needs are for just a few hours of care support a week, or full time care, we provide a service tailored to meet client’s needs. Community care can often be a cost effective alternative to residential care, enabling clients to maintain their independence within the comfort of their own home.
The service is customized specifically to meet needs of the client.
Our range of home care services includes:-
* Home care support from just a few hours a week to more intensive support:
- Care visits from 30 minutes upwards
* All aspects of personal care, getting up and putting to bed, bathing, assistance with medication and also meal preparation, laundry and other domestic tasks, shopping etc.
* Assistance with medication.
* Recuperative care - perhaps upon discharge from hospital
* Short term holiday support.
* Night sitting or sleep service.
* Help with house keeping.
* Residential (live in) care.
* Spot care.
