Service upon a Company - Set fee of £65.00 (plus swear fee) 1 Attempt at Service (additional visits £20 each)

Service upon an Individual - Set fee of £95.00 (plus swear fee) 2 Attempts at Service (additional visits £15 each)

The following are also included in the above rates: All travel & mileage with a 25 mile radius of our office (£0.50 per mile thereafter) Client liaison and telephone calls Preparation of and attending to swear Affidavit of Service Normal Attendance within 2-3 days (urgent matters as below) Immediate confirmation of service and Affidavit issued within 24 hours.

Urgent process serving – £45.00 per hour + £0.50 ppm & swear fee. Usually used where service of documents is required urgently. Same day, next day or weekend service.

Door to door document courier service - usually used for those last minute cases where Court bundles, Brief papers, files etc are required to be delivered.
