Service upon a Company
• Set fee of £65.00 (plus swear fee)
• 1 Attempt at Service (additional visits £20 each)
Service upon an Individual
• Set fee of £95.00 (plus swear fee)
• 2 Attempts at Service (additional visits £15 each)
The following are also included in the above rates:
• All travel & mileage with a 25 mile radius of our office (£0.50 per mile thereafter)
• Client liaison and telephone calls
• Preparation of and attending to swear Affidavit of Service
• Normal Attendance within 2-3 days (urgent matters as below)
• Immediate confirmation of service and Affidavit issued within 24 hours.
Urgent process serving – £45.00 per hour + £0.50 ppm & swear fee
