Sacred Touch

Sacred Touch is the art of healing through ecstatic full body massage. It is the most sensual, intimate and relaxing body massage you will ever experience.

A blissful state is achieved through deep relaxation, meditation, body and breathwork. The treatment promotes the integration and balancing of your body. It helps to open and release energy in your body.

Using a combination of therapeutic techniques including; Holistic therapy, Lomi Lomi, Pranayama breathwork, Swedish body massage and Tantra, promoting healing and wellbeing.

The journey begins with an undressing ceremony, relaxation techniques, and a meditation, which I guide you through. Lying on a futon, either with your eyes closed or blindfolded. This enables you to begin your journey inward, helping you to relax.

I will show you a breathing technique (known as "Pranayama") which is a key to the treatment. This is followed by a sensual full body massage.

I am a licensed and insured body massage therapist with Certificates of Professional Liability Insurance.

I have twelve years training and experience in a wide range of bodywork therapies.
