I offer a holistic body work session incorporating relaxation breathing exercises, insight meditation lessons, and healing massage.
I grew up in the rain forest of Central America where my mother inspired my desire to heal the body by introducing me to massage therapy.
I later pursued advanced studies in traditional Thai massage in Northern Thailand where one of my teachers introduced me to Buddhism and the concept of bringing mindfulness into my massage. I deepened my practice of mindfulness by practicing meditation in a temple in Chiang Mai and completing several meditation courses.
I have had the great opportunity of studying pranayama breathing yoga with an Aryurvedic doctor from India. I know from first hand experience that learning how to breathe deeply and fully has the power to relax the mind and in general improve your quality of life.
I also had the great privilege of studying acupressure points with a true master in Singapore who practices a style of TCM massage that has been passed down for several generations in his family. He taught me a powerful healing massage that I have since used to effectively treat individuals suffering from various ailments.
I am happy to share with you my skills and experience to decrease your stress level and increase your quality of life.
I am located in a very accessible part of Central London, around the corner from Paddington and Lancaster Gate station.
I am flexible with my working hours and open to traveling to you.
