Welcome! I practice with the intention of allowing people to deeply heal their relationship with themselves and others. Tension in the body restricts the flow of energy and with it our ability to live harmoniously within it. A Healing Sacred Touch Massage will naturally help free trapped energy in the body, help resolve inner conflicts and lead you towards a happy, healthy, loving and fulfilling life.
You’ll receive a massage that awakens the senses, celebrates your wholeness and invites you to let go, relax very, very deeply and experience the pleasure of touch. Highly recommended not only for creating very deep relaxation, nurturing and openness, but also for releasing any trauma held in the body. A safe, sacred space will be created to experience massage and nurturing that will open your heart and make you feel whole and alive.
I also offer an integrative tool-kit of healing modalities to catalyse self-awareness, including body-centred psychotherapy, emotional release, bioenergetics, counselling and shamanic journeying. Sessions are available on a one-off or on-going basis.
The body holds an amazing amount of wisdom. Each cell has a memory of this wisdom and you can learn to access it and trust it.
SESSIONS: I welcome women, men and couples. A Healing Sacred Touch massage is for a MINIMUM of 1.5 hours. My temple space is less than a ten minute walk from Highgate tube, North London, close to Crouch End and Muswell Hill.
Appointments available between 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Weekends by advanced appointment only. I do not answer calls after 6pm, or from blocked numbers.
