No oils are used and you will be clothed for the massage, so please remember to wear loose fitting clothes so you can stretch out comfortably during the treatment.

- High blood pressure
- Diabetes
Before the Massage:
Don’t eat too soon before your massage. It’s best to allow some time after your meal (at least 30 minutes) to digest food. You should also not drink any alcohol.
Talk to your masseuse before the massage begins, letting her know about any allergies that you have to oils, balm, lotion, essential oil and so on. Also let her know about relevant medical information, especially the reason why you are having the massage.
