Prior to the tan you will need to shower, exfoliate, paint your nails (fingers & toes) & arrive in baggy clothing. The tan takes approximately 10 mins to do and with a small amount of up keep can last up to 10 days if you moisturise well, take showers (instead of baths) & use a tan extender.
