On site acupressure chair massage is designed specifically to reduce stress in the workplace. This energizing 15 min massage is received fully clothed and seated in a specifically designed chair. This eases tension and increases circulation to key muscle groups using a combination of massage, stretches and acupressure to leave you calm and relaxed and yet energized and alert. Unlike other forms of stress management the positive effects of massage are immediate.
On site massage is becoming one of the fastest growing employee wellness benefits that companies offer their staff. It is a safe, convenient and cost effective program that boost staff morale and provides many health benefits.
For the most effective treatment, I aim to provide 4 sessions per hour. Minimum session 2 hours.
Usually the client draws up a list of names and time slots. Its is helpful to provide extension numbers, to ring if they haven't turned up for their appointment. This ensures the smooth running of the timetable. When scheduling and booking your appointment times, please allow a 30min break every 3 hours. (This is uncharged).
