What is an evaluation?
I will visit you at a time that is convenient, I will weigh and measure your body composition, Fat, Muscle, water, Visceral fat (fat stored around all the vital organs like the lungs and heart). We will discuss your eating patterns and habits.
I will then be able to explain how the products work and put you on a plan that suits your needs. I will give you one on one support, advice and guidance through your weight loss, I will also give you tips on what helped me.
I will then visit or speak with you every week for the first 4 weeks to weigh you and check on your progress. Once you have completed this stage we can adjust it with how much support you feel you need.
