Kathryn Osborne Sports Therapy offer a wide range of sports therapy services and treatments.
We specialise in sports massage, offering pre and post event sports massage and also offer sports massage as a treatment modality. We also offer trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, remedial massage, frictions and other mobilisation techniques.
Alongside hands on treatments, we also specialise in getting you back to your pre-injury activity, either on the sporting field or just for general activities. We have the benefit of using the well equiped gym at the Sheepmount, along with the running track and outdoor facilities to aid in your rehabilitaion.
