Stars and Angels is offering a new way for children to enjoy their birthdays or special occasions in Cardiff and surrounding areas. Children from the age of three can enjoy having their nails shaped, painted and have nail art applied using gem stones, glitter and transfers, they can enjoy having their face painted or mini make overs including glitter make overs. We can demonstrate on older children how to apply products properly all in the comfort of your own home or we can arrange a venue.


We can arrange themed parties such as high school musical, bratz, animals, pirates, etc. For our teenager packages we have relaxing foot spas and make-up demonstrations.
