I offer treatments in:

Indian Ayurvedic massage: especially good for chronic pain in skeletal/muscular/joint problems . A poltice ring made from flour and water is placed around the problem area on the body to act as a well to retain the oil. Warmed medicated oil is continually poured on the area. Excellent for sciatica, neck, shoulder,and ankle problems.

Aromatherapy Massage : Relaxing, rejuvenating massage using essential oils.

Back/neck/shoulder: Theraputic massage to work on muscular aches/pains.

Foot scrub/massage: Revitalises, exfoliates and moisturises tired and sore feet.

Hopi Ear Candle treatment: Excellent for clearing blockages in the ears , nose and throat problems, very relaxing soothing, completely painless.

Energy Rebalancing : Reiki - hands on healing/ spiritual healing using crystals
: good for releasing mental/emotional stress. Very powerful.
