From a team of one, Steve Kelly Managing Director created Cool Systems
Ltd in 2003. Cool Systems Ltd has since grown into a Group of companies
incorporating Maintenance, Mechanical, Ventilation and Electrical divisions.
Industry demands and design trends have evolved dramatically over the
past 7 years. Cool Systems Ltd has shown a commitment to innovation
and a readiness to respond to new industry practises.
The CS GROUP™ can now offer a full range of building service solutions
for HVAC systems to support corporate, commercial, industrial, retail and
domestic clients through our various specialist divisions and ancillary
companies.
We have added a Service and Maintenance Division, Mechanical Division
and Electrical Division to our Air Conditioning Installation Division allowing
Cool Systems to offer a comprehensive all round package, backed up by
an enviable support service.
Cool Systems Group has a staff portfolio of over thirty directly employed
staff with a wide range of experience and skills. Our Service engineers
alone have over 100 years experience between them.
We offer a wide range of servicing and reactive maintenance on all HVAC
equipment and gas operating equipment, both domestic and commercial.
Equipment covered includes Chillers, Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning
Systems, Ventilation, Controls, Atmospheric Boilers, Forced Draught
Boilers, Space Heaters and Cabinet Heaters.
Our services also include design and installation of HVAC and HRV
systems and Ventilation.
'Building Maintenance', 'Responsive Maintenance' and 'Mechanical
Services' divisions operate across London, Essex and Midlands. UK
controlled from our HQ in Essex.
Cool Systems have a comprehensive training program including City &
Guilds and direct manufacturer training. A high percentage of our
engineers are qualified to NVQ 1, 2, 3. We are registered with CHAS,
SafeContractor, REFCOM, ISO 9000, HVCA, Trustmark and the
Environment Agency. All of our engineers are experienced in the safe
handling of refrigeration and are members of the Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration Industry Board and have the latest City & Guilds qualification
2079.
We are equally at home carrying out single installations or large VRV
(variable refrigerant volume) and VRF (variable refrigerant flow) Systems
and treat each project with the same level of expertise however large or
small.
We specialise is the supply, installation and commissioning of a vast range
of cooling and heat pump air conditioning systems as well as air
movement and ventilation equipment. We offer full design, installation
and maintenance packages on a national basis and are happy to work with
many different suppliers depending on the client’s needs or preferences
such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Toshiba and LG. Offering five years
parts warranty on selected brands.
Through our technical staff and engineers, we offer free surveys to assess
any potential air quality or temperature problems, and offer a full range of
services, both before and after sales, giving advice and assistance.
We are very close to the M25 in Essex and so are within minutes of our
suppliers and the motorway network. This means that spare parts are
easily obtained so our engineers can make speedy repairs when required.
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible and are
