On completion of each job we ask for the client to fill in a feedback form (copies of which are available on request).
• We obtain around 90% of our work from word of mouth and obviously want that to continue. When we come along and quote for work we give a written quote (rarely is it an estimate) , We don’t follow up the quote with a phone call (only in exceptional circumstances) so if you’re happy with the quote then you call us and we’ll arrange a starting date for the work.
