Show Homes wanted for Loft Conversion Work

We are a small company providing loft services such as insulation, boarding, ladders, roof works etc. We are now launching a loft conversion service in the London area, and we require home owners looking for loft conversion. We are looking for various types of properties and various types of lofts to be converted into various styles (mansard, dormer etc).
We will convert the loft and charge what it cost us to do the work, i.e. material, labour and vat. A small loft can be converted for under £8,000, adding extras such as bathroom etc will increase labour and material costs. In return we will use your loft for advertising (leaflets, internet etc) and you will have to be ready to show your loft to our potential customers that request to see the quality of our work.
The work we provide comes with a 6 years written guarantee, and will be check throughout the project by your local building inspector to ensure the conversion is done as required. Our builders have over 30 years experienced and can provide a high level of service and a high quality job.
We are looking for 8 properties across London (within M25), of various style and size, on a first come first serve basis.
