Experienced Odd Job man In Leamington Spa Area Available

I am a self employed very useful guy, I will consider any job that you need doing, whether it be to change a light bulb through to project managing an extension. I am very approachable, confident, happy & conscientious individual who considers the old fashioned values of turning up when I say I will, and giving the customer value for money of paramount importance. I have many skills that have been acquired over the last 37 years, I am 53 (or 5 Decades old) as my sons say !
I am happy to be up a ladder or down a hole, I will work inside or out, (not quite so keen outside when its snow & ice though). I am prepared to travel about 10 mile radius of Leamington, I have worked 7 days a week for most of my working life, but I would prefer to limit it to Monday-Friday. If I cant do the job I will be able to recommend somebody who can as over the years I have worked with every trade. Iam presently desiging and building play equipment for children. I have included some pictures of recent projects including a pressure washing comparison and fence building along with the play equipment job.
