IRS Handyman have a team of directly employed general 'Handymen' to undertake those small jobs around the home or business premises which usually take from half an hour to half a day or more. We can do it for you - from hanging a picture to assembling flat pack furniture, from changing a light to fixing a leak, from easing a door to fixing a wall cupboard - the list is endless!

We are currently offering this Handyman service in the Ipswich area.
We are Members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and are TrustMark accredited (Government Endorsed Scheme). We have also acheived Investors In People standard.
For our services, we currently charge a £30 + VAT for the first half hour per Handyman, then £15 + VAT for each half hour unit (or part of) therafter. If the task takes 2 hours, you will be charged for 2 hours, not for a half or whole working day like other services may charge.
Materials/Specialist Plant are charged additionally at cost + 15%, + VAT. Any time spent sourcing/handling /collecting materials is charged at the half hourly rates.
We require at least 2 working days notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule the appointment, otherwise our call out fee of £20 + VAT will be charged. We book appointment times in 1 hour time slots. Rates based upon working within the hours of 8am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Outside of these hours, the half hourly charge is increased by 50%. For non-account customers, payment is normally required upon completion of the call out.
