Low cost professional development appraisals

Do you have a development project? Do you need an appraisal prepared for viability or in helping you secure finance? I am a fully RICS qualified development expert who can produce a professional appraisal for you using the industry standard software - Argus (formally Circle) Developer. I can produce a traditional residual and/or a full, detailed cash flow. I am an expert at appraising/modeling very complex projects but can easily produce something very professional you can take to a bank or other source of finance for simple projects. My minimum charge is £100 which buys you 2 hours time - generally this is enough for most appraisals but I charge £30 ph thereafter. I can also give advice and a second opinion on a development project at a similar cost. I have had 25 years experience all over the world with development projects so why not give me a try/
