1 Enrolled with local environmental health service, and have five star food and hygiene certificate
2 Level 2 minimum food &hygiene certificate
3 Public liability

6 All electrical appliances pat tested and yearly certificate
7 LPG gas equipment checked by gas safe domestic LPG engineer only
and have certificate to prove this

I would just like to say that all this documentation we have can either
be sent to you when ever asked for, and will always have it on hand to be shown at the start of any event we undertake.
Unfortunately there are Cowboys out there, please don't be fooled,and make sure that all documents can be shown, this proves that we are complying with environmental health to the highest standards, and have been checked thoroughly to make sure we have..
