Broadband, Wireless, Router Installation
Includes the set up of 1 wireless internet connection, such as a laptop with wireless, with password protection (if required). i also install wired/wireless extenders
(broadband signal access points) and wireless printers.
WebCam And Messenger Installation
Communicate via webcam and skype (or yahoo messenger or windows live messenger) with family, friends, businesses, etc.
I can set up a skype (messenger) account for you, if you don't already have one, and give you a free "getting started" tutorial on how to use your webcam and skype (or
yahoo or windows live) messenger together.
Wireless Printer Installation
Allow other computers to share, and print wirelessly from, your wireless printer. i also install wired (standard usb cable) printers.
Extra Memory Installation
Having extra memory can, in many cases, improve a computer's speed, overall performance and wellbeing.
Before buying/installing any extra memory i will advise you on your current memory options with regards to memory usage, computer speed and computer clean-up so you
know whether or not you need to invest in more memory.

This Service Involves The Scanning Of, And Possible Removal Of, Malware (Viruses, Spyware, Pop-Up Ads, Etc). If Malware Cannot Be Removed (usually Because Of A Very
Deep Infection) Or It's Not Worth The Money To Remove It, You Will Be Advised On Your Possible Solutions (i.e. Reinstallation Of Windows, System Restore, Backup, Etc).
Removal Of Unwanted, Left-Over, Problem Software
This service involves the scanning of, and possible removal of, malware (viruses, spyware, pop-up ads, etc). if malware cannot be removed (usually because of a very
deep infection) or it's not worth the money to remove it, you will be advised on your possible solutions (i.e. reinstallation of windows, system restore, backup, etc).
Data Backup / Recovery
This service involves backing up (making a copy of) and/or restoring, if possible, your personal files, audio/video/photo (media) files, usernames & passawords, e-mail
accounts and much more onto dvd, flash drive, external hard drive and so on.
Backing up your treasured personal files gives you piece of mind that you have a safe, external, copy of them should anything bad happen to your computer in the future (such as a virus infection).

Basic non-technical computer lessons for the absolute beginner - windows, ms office, using the internet, shopping online, safety & security,
Computer lessons will drop to £11 per hour when you take on a course of 10 hours ore more.
