PC Health Check £30
We will run several diagnostic tests on your pc and run some routine housekeeping and anti-virus scans. This has often dramatically improved PC running performance, and can get rid of any issues you may have been facing.
If you would like this done in the comfort of your own home there is an additional £20 call out charge.
If you would like your PC/Laptop picked up and dropped off there will be an additional £15 within a 20 mile radius and then 50p per mile extra beyond that.
You can drop off and collect from my home free of charge.
Please bring software drivers with you, or have them ready at hand if we visit.
Also list the software that can be removed, often there is unwanted software contributing towards slow performance.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Clean Install £50 - NO BACK UP
We can wipe everything from your computer and reinstall the operating system. This can often have the most dramatic effect, essentially returning your computer back to it's original settings. You will need your original windows disc or the recovery disc and the licence serial number for this THIS REMOVES EVERYTHING FROM THE COMPUTER, INCLUDING ALL SOFTWARE INSTALLED, EMAIL, BOOKMARKS. You will have to reinstall all software will have to be reinstalled, your email clients will need adding and configuring. This can be done by us for an extra charge, please let us know your requirements.
Clean Install £70 - With Back up.
As above everything will be wiped from the computer and reinstalled. However we will back up the data you specify and be able to return it back once re-installed. Again you will need to provide your serial key and system disc.
Cannot Help with Macs sorry, they're good but I'm a windows guy.
