Established in 2006, Musclestrain Sports Massage is run by Neil Mitchell, a level 4 qualified Sports Masseur who has more than 6 years of experience in the Sports Massage profession.
Originally based in the West Midlands, and now located in the Chilterns, Musclestrain provides sports and remedial massage to a variety of clients, both sporting and non sporting.
Neil offers a professional service to his clients throughout High Wycombe, Prestwood, Great Missenden, Chesham and the surrounding areas. He is located in Prestwood.
Neil treats a wide variety of injuries, both sporting or more everyday, including muscle tears, muscle stiffness, stiff and sore backs and shoulders, tennis and golfers’ elbow to name but a few.
Neil is keen on all sports, played cricket and football to a good standard and is currently an 11 handicap golfer, so understands the demands placed on the body during serious or recreational sport, and how frustrating it can be to be unable to play due to injury.
